Class Absence Submission

If you will be missing a class, whether from a series or a single class, please fill out the information below to let your instructor know.

If you are eligible, please allow 5-7 business days for your Makeup Pass to be sent to your student account, after completion of the form.

Makeup Pass Eligibility:

-You are allowed only one Makeup Card per 6 week series.

-This must be submitted prior to the start of the missed class. Late submissions will not be given makeup cards.

-The missed class must be a part of a 6-week series. Single classes and mini series are not eligible for makeup passes.
