Sustainable Pole Training

Sustainable training is not high intensity training all of the time. For example, you would not go into the weight room and try to "one rep max" every single visit. Instead, you would block and cycle your training, where some days you have high intensity days and some days you have lower intensity days. We can apply the same principles in our pole training: once a week take your highest-level pole class, then add additional lower level (including different focused) classes sprinkled in throughout the week. This will keep things fun, focused, and you will see more progress!
