The Music Tasting Workshop offers the opportunity to explore music and movement sequences. We dive into music and how is connects to our bodies and our movements.
What part of your body responds to certain music and sound? The music we like to listen to while driving, or working out, dancing at the club or pole dancing to, might not be the same kind of music our body wants to have a conversation with. What we enjoy with our ears may not be the music we enjoy in our bodies. In a music tasting, we explore what our body might like.
How does your body respond to a heavy bass? A fast song versus a slow song? Does your body enjoy the sound of a piano, or that of a violin? Electric guitar or acoustic? Does your body respond more to a female voice or a male voice? What music and sounds allow your body to express herself?
These are all things we explore in a Music Tasting.
The workshop will include a mini FFM workout, some more floor & wall movement, individual and group dancing.
