Flexibility Mini Series

Get Ready to Get Bendy and Strong!

Join us for a transformative 3-week series designed to build active flexibility in key positions like front splits, middle splits, and bridges. Whether you're aiming to master flat splits or touch your toes, this class is structured yet adaptable to meet everyone's flexibility needs.

Class Structure:

Each session will begin with a full-body warm-up to prepare your muscles for the work ahead.

Segment 1: Active Stretching

  • Focus on building strength while stretching.
  • Engage in safe “lifting” and “pulling” techniques through short repetitions to develop your skills.

Segment 2: Passive Stretching

  • Deepen your flexibility with longer-held stretches.
  • Use breathwork to enhance your experience and increase overall flexibility.

Details:

  • Duration: 3 weeks, one-hour long class each week
  • You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, and an open mind!

This class is suitable for all levels, and no prior pole experience is necessary.
