Introduction to Pole

An Introduction class is a great way to try a Flip Tease pole class without the commitment of a 6-week series. We will start out with a full-body warm-up and stretch on our yoga mats before moving to the poles. On the poles we will give you a basic introduction and a couple of fun moves to try. By the end of the class, you will be looking forward to starting our beginner-friendly Level 1 6-Week Series!

Details:

  • Duration: One hour long class
  • You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol, and an open mind!
  • Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
