Level 4 Series

This series is your gateway to conquering inversions and refining your unique pole expression. As always, we start with a new full-body warm-up to prepare our bodies for the adventure ahead. We introduce new conditioning moves to continue to build our strength for the pole.

Series Structure:

Our curriculum consists of 3 distinct 6-week series, rotating to cover a comprehensive range of pole techniques and invert progressions.

Each series involves targeted conditioning exercises to build strength and enhance endurance, crucial for safely progressing to these pole moves. Unleash your creativity during freestyle time at the end of each class. Apply what you've learned, experiment with combinations, and develop your unique pole style in a supportive environment.

Who Should Attend:

This class is ideal for those who have completed our Levels 1-3 and intermediate pole dancers who are looking to progress their invert and build strength. Students should be comfortable with our basic spins.

Details:

  • Duration: 6 weeks, one-hour long class each week.
  • You will Need: Comfortable pole attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol.
  • Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
