Open Pole

Join us for Open Pole, a dedicated space for you to practice and perfect the skills you’ve learned!

We will start with an instructor led warmup, move into conditioning on the pole, and finish with uninstructed practice time. No new techniques will be instructed. Students must have pole experience.

Details:

  • Duration: One-hour long class.
  • You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol, and an open mind!
  • Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
