
In the first of 4 Spin Pole Levels, you'll learn the fundamentals of using a spinning pole. We will take basic spins we are familiar with on static and transition them to the spin pole.
There is no freestyle time in this series, as we focus heavily on learning the foundations of spin pole.
This is a heels-based class, we will learn basic pointe concepts. Heels are not required but encouraged.
Details:
Duration: 6 weeks, one-hour long class each week.
You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol.
Knee pads are highly encouraged, socks are required.
Pole shoes are recommended.
Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
Prerequisites: It’s required that you have completed levels 1, 2, and 3 of Static Pole and are actively enrolled in a static pole series. This is an intermediate class and not equivalent to our Static Level 1. This series is not ideal for returning students. Students should have a strong pole climb and be comfortable inverting.
Cost: $120 for the series, or six Class Pass Credits
