Spin Pole Level 2 Series

In Level 2 of our Spin Pole Series, we build on the foundation we laid in Level 1 and add some height!

We will take our movements off the floor with spinning climbs and transitions. Now that we are adjusted to the movement a spin pole brings, we start to use this movement to shape our flow.

This level brings back our usual freestyle time at the end of class.

This is a heels-based class, as we continue to learn basic pointe concepts. Heels are not required but encouraged.


Details:

  • Duration: 6 weeks, one-hour long class each week.
  • You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol.
  • Knee pads are highly encouraged, socks are required.
  • Pole shoes are recommended.
  • Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.

Prerequisites: It’s required that you have completed Spin Pole Level 1.


Cost: $120 for the series
