Support Skills

Join Olivia for a 6-week series focused on training a variety of supplemental skills to support our pole goals and pole health. Each session will include a variety of exercises such as grip strength, ankle strength, handstands, weight transfers, balance, and flexibility.

Details:

  • Duration: 6 weeks, one-hour long class each week.

  • You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol, and an open mind!

  • Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.

Poles may be shared, as they are utilized minimally.

Cost: $120 for the series, or six Class Pass Credits
