Twerk Drop In

Twerk, werk, and shake what your mama gave you!


Join us for a full body workout with an emphasis on isolating the hips and glutes for targeted movement. Throughout this series, you will learn a variety of twerk movements that can stand alone or be added to your freestyle library for later. Get ready for gains as we sculpt, shape, and shake in a booty positive dance community where all booties and every body is welcome.
We can't wait to shake it with you!


Details:

  • Duration: One-hour long class.
  • You will Need: Loose shorts or pants, or tight booty shorts to let the booty shake. Tight leggings are NOT recommended. Knee pads are recommended as well as a water bottle and a yoga mat.
  • This drop in is a single class from an active 3-week series.

This is a non-pole class.

Cost: $30 for the drop in, or one Class Pass Credit
