Olivia is a Central Coast native, born and raised in Atascadero. She started her pole journey at Flip Tease in 2022 and later spent a year training at Leeds Pole Dance Studio while studying Sports Psychology.
She loves the freedom of expression and creative movement that pole dancing offers. Her style is all about momentum—letting movement build naturally through a song or combination of moves and seeing where it takes her.
As a gymnastics instructor, Olivia brings a strong understanding of movement mechanics. She enjoys using her experience and education to understand how body positioning impacts skill achievement, break down pole moves, and teach complementary skills like flexibility and handstands. She’s passionate about the mental side of sport and adapts her teaching style to fit different learning needs. If you like understanding the “why” and “how” behind movement, or want mental tools to get through tricky sessions, her classes will be a great fit.
Outside of pole Olivia loves reading, painting, and weightlifting. She hopes to compete in a powerlifting competition within the next year or two!
