
Join us for a 4-week Feet Up Yoga series, designed to elevate your practice both physically and mentally.
This series utilizes a “FeetUp Trainer”, a specially designed prop to help you achieve deeper stretches, improve balance, and enhance overall strength. Each session will focus on a combination of “traditional” yoga asana, inversion practices, restorative postures, and core-strengthening exercises to build confidence and body awareness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you are welcome to join us.
