FeetUp Yoga Series (9/8)

Join us for a 4-week Feet Up Yoga series, designed to elevate your practice both physically and mentally.

This series utilizes a “FeetUp Trainer”, a specially designed prop to help you achieve deeper stretches, improve balance, and enhance overall strength. Each session will focus on a combination of “traditional” yoga asana, inversion practices, restorative postures, and core-strengthening exercises to build confidence and body awareness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you are welcome to join us.

Details:

  • Duration: 4 weeks, one hour long class each week
  • Benefits: Improved strength, flexibility, and coordination
  • You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, and a FeetUp Trainer.
  • Note: If you do not have a FeetUp Trainer, we have some available for rentals! Please save your spot on this registration, and then head over to our Trainer registration to reserve the equipment. You MUST register in both slots if you need a Trainer Rental.

Come prepared to challenge yourself, deepen your practice, and experience the benefits of inversion-based yoga.
