Get ready to sweat and shake a little ass in this fun, fast-paced choreo! Playing off both the tempo and the lyrics, we will be jampacking a few pole combos, floor work, and sass into just under a minute of choreography.

• You will Need: Knee pads are recommended.

• Skin Access: Minimal skin contact is needed. This choreo can be done in leggings/fishnets etc. Wear something you feel good in!

• Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.

• Prerequisites/Student Level: Students need to be comfortable with a Juliet Spin and be able to hold a chair spin for multiple rotations.

• Class Capacity: 8 (1 student per pole)
