We will rotate through a series of exercises tailored to enhance your pole fitness adventure. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned pole dancer, you'll find this class helpful for building stamina and improving overall strength.
30 Minutes of Open Pole Practice: Put your skills into action during our open pole practice session. This is your opportunity to refine techniques learned in your weekly leveled classes.

Students must have completed an Intro to Pole Class or have pole experience.
