Join Symone for a fun choreo! You may be learning something new, but we will not be spending too much time on skills as the aim of the game is choreography. We will also focus on quality of movement and how musicality will make you one with the pole and song.

• Skin Access: Regular pole attire

• You Will Need: Kneepads are recommended; shoes are not.

• Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
