Explore the art of Edgework in this workshop!

You will learn the basics of Edgework and the tools needed to explore this stylized pole accessory in your own movement. This is a skills workshop. Though specific moves will be utilized and taught, you will leave this workshop with more knowledge than showcase-able moves.

Details:

• You will Need: Heels and knee pads are required. Though sandals are required for proper Edgework, boots are recommended when learning Edgework to allow exploration of the movement without injury. Heels should be trimmed (please reach out if you need help trimming your heels).

• Skin Access: Only hands and arm access is needed for the poles. Leggings/fishnets can be worn.

• Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.

• Prerequisites/Student Level: Edgework is an advanced skill. Students should be extremely comfortable dancing in heels. Students should be Level 5 or higher.

• Class Capacity: 8 (1 student per pole)
