Circuit Training & Pole Practice

This class is a full body workout designed to tone and strengthen your body. This 60-minute session is divided into two parts:

30 Minutes of Circuit Workouts: Challenge yourself with a dynamic circuit that targets core strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance. We will rotate through a series of exercises tailored to enhance your pole fitness adventure. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned pole dancer, you'll find this class helpful for building stamina and improving overall strength.

30 Minutes of Open Pole Practice: Put your skills into action during our open pole practice session. This is your opportunity to refine techniques learned in your weekly leveled classes.


Details:

  • Duration: One hour long class
  • You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol, and an open mind!
  • Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.

Students must have completed an Intro to Pole Class or have pole experience.
