In this low-flow, basework choreo, we’ll slow things down and explore sensual, controlled movement around the base of the pole. With an emphasis on shoulder rolls, shoulder stands, and grounded inversions, your toes will get most of the airtime. Set to the slow, sultry R&B track “6 in the Morning” by Yvng Jin, this song creates a fluid vibe that invites you to melt to the music.
