We will use the lower half of our poles, focusing on transitions to the floor, transitions from the floor, and flow movement. Most moves will require a body part to remain connected to the floor, but occasional options for low inverts may be introduced.

You will Need: Socks and knee pads are required. Pole shoes are optional but encouraged.
Skin Access: Regular pole attire.
Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
Prerequisites/Student Level: Students should be level 3 or higher.
Note this class is part of an active 6-week series.
