
In Advanced Spin, we continue to expand our Spin Pole knowledge. Each series brings new moves, techniques, combos, and heel work.
This is a heels-based class. Heels are not required but encouraged.
Details:
Duration: 6 weeks, one-hour long class each week.
You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol.
Knee pads are highly encouraged, socks are required.
Pole shoes are recommended.
Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
Poles: Student are booked one per pole, including the instructor pole.
Prerequisites/Requirements: Completion of Spin Pole Level 3 and active enrollment in Static Pole Level 5 or higher. Strong inverts and leg hangs.
Cost: $120 for the series, or six Class Pass Credits
