This class explores pole and floor choreography through a new mini routine each week. Designed for all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout.
Details:
Duration: One-hour long class.
Availability: All levels and beginners are welcome.
You will Need: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol, and an open mind! Pole shoes are recommended; knee pads are required.
Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
This class is part of an active 6-week series.
Cost: $30 for the drop in, or one Class Pass Credit
