Join our Level 2, designed as the perfect follow-up to our Level 1 Series. This course focuses on refining and expanding upon the fundamentals you've already mastered.


This level has a new full-body warm-up designed to prepare your muscles for more challenging movements. We continue with our targeted pole conditioning but advance the movements to continue to enhance your strength and stamina. New additions and variations of fundamental spins will be explored, building upon the techniques you've already learned.


This class is ideal for graduates of our Level 1 series or those with equivalent experience looking to refine their basic pole skills.


Details:

  • Duration: One-hour long class.
  • You will Need: Comfortable pole attire, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a clean hand towel or rag, a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol.
  • Note: Please no rings, toe rings, bracelets, anklets, or lotion/oils the day of class.
  • This drop in is a single class from an active 6-week series.

Cost: $30 for the drop in, or one Class Pass Credit
