Pole movement practices date back to Indian & Chinese Acrobatics more than 2,000 years ago. The modern version has deep roots in strip clubs and more recently has become a sensational acrobatic experience at many Cirque du Soleil type performances! Just in the past 20 years, Pole has become a world-wide fitness phenomenon. In 2009 it was declared a sport by Sporting Law and in 2020 Pole was designated a Professional Sport by the Global association of International Sports Federation. No matter what type of "pole" you most identify with, we welcome you!
Introduction to Pole Class
Our Introduction Class is a great way to try a Flip Tease pole class without the commitment of a 6-week series. If you are looking for a one-time trial class, this is what you need!
In this hour long class, we will introduce you to the basics of Pole Fitness. We will start out with a full-body warm-up and stretch on our yoga mats before moving to the poles. On the poles we will give you a basic introduction and a couple of fun moves to try. By the end of the class, you will be looking forward to starting our beginner-friendly Level 1 6-Week Series!
This class is not required to take our Level 1 Series.

Our Static Pole Classes are divided into 7 distinct levels. Level 1 is designed for beginners, with no experience necessary, while Level 7 is for our most experienced and advanced students, with every level in-between. All our Static Classes run in 6-week Series. This set up offers progression based results!
Of our 7 Levels, we have 3 tiers:
Levels 1-3: The Beginner Levels. These Levels are each 6 weeks and typically run right after the other in a time slot. This ensures a constant rotation of new Level 1 spots opening on different days and times, to allow everyone a chance to attend. The only prerequisite for these levels is completion of the prior one, with no prerequisites for Level 1.
Level 4: The Intermediate Level. Our Level 4 has 3 separate 6-week series that rotate continuously. This level is ideal for students strengthening their inverts. To attend, a student must have completed Levels 1-3, can hold most spins, and have been introduced to the basic invert.
Level 5-7: The Advanced Levels. These 3 levels are designed to challenge and advance your pole skills. Each of these levels has at least 8 distinct series on a continuous rotation. A student may spend anywhere form 6 months to 3 years in each level, building strength. Entrance to each level here requires approval from the instructors.
Level 1 Series
Embark on a 6-week adventure into pole fitness! This series is designed for absolute beginners, no prior experience required. Each session begins with a thorough full-body warm-up to prepare you for the excitement ahead. We'll then dive into targeted conditioning exercises to build strength and flexibility.
Throughout the series, you'll learn an array of moves both on and off the pole, tailored for beginners to ensure gradual progressions. Our supportive instructors will guide you through each step.
By the end of the 6 weeks, you'll have learned a complete choreography that showcases your newfound pole prowess. Whether you're looking to improve fitness, boost confidence, or simply try something new, this series promises a fun and supportive environment to explore the art of pole fitness.
No prior experience is needed. Completion of the Introduction Class is not required.
We have 2-3 new Level 1 Series starting each month, always a new day and time. If this month's don't work for your schedule, keep an eye out for next month's!

What do I need for my first class?
To protect our poles, we ask all jewelry to be removed before class. This includes rings, bracelets, anklets, toe rings, necklaces, and non-silicone watch bands. Please do not use lotions or oils the day of your class.
For clothing, basic athletic wear such as leggings and a tank top are recommended for the first few classes. After that, leg skin is helpful for sticking to the poles. Biker shorts are a great option. We do not recommend wearing socks for your first few classes, you will want to be barefoot.
You will want to bring your own yoga mat, hand towel, and a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol.
Be prepared to have FUN!
Will I be sharing a pole with someone?
No, for our Static Pole Series Levels 1-5, there is no pole sharing.
Classes are booked one student per pole. In the Main Studio, we book a max of 8 students. In the Red Room, we book a max of 6 students.
What time should I get to the studio for my class?
The door will unlock 15 minutes before each class starts. We ask students to arrive 5-10 minutes before their class start time. We have a strict Late Arrival Policy. The door will lock on the dot of the class start time and no late arrivals will be permitted to enter. This is for safety as well as consideration of other students.
I'm going to miss a class in the series, what do I do?
No worries! Missing 1-2 classes a series will not greatly impact your pole adventure. However, we do not recommend missing 3 or more classes in a single series. Please see our Three Class Policy for more information.
If you are going to miss a class, simply submit our Class Absence Form prior to the start of the class you are missing. If you are eligible for a Makeup Pass, one will be sent to your student account in 5-7 business days after the class occurs.
How many classes are recommended weekly to progress in pole?
Taking two classes regularly a week is recommended to help your pole progression.
Our recommendation is one Leveled Static Pole Class and one supplementary class. This second class can even be off the pole! See below for our other class offerings!
Pole Classes
Outside of our Leveled Static Pole Classes, we offer a few other Pole Classes:
Private Pole Session: Private pole sessions are great for individualized learning. These sessions are tailored for the individual student. Two-on-one sessions are also offered.
Circuit Training & Pole Practice: This class is a great addition to your pole adventure! It is an hour long class divided into two sections. The first half of the class will focus on conditioning moves designed to progress your pole strength. The second half is open pole time to allow you to practice all that you've learned. Pole experience is required as no new pole moves are taught.
Pole Choreography: Our Choreography classes are beginner friendly. These classes are an excellent secondary class because they utilize moves you learn in the Static Leveled Classes and use them in new transitions and sequences.
Spin Pole: Yes, the poles spin! Spin Pole is a whole new level of pole. We do require students to have a solid foundation on Static before joining our Spin Pole Class. Levels 1-3 of Static Pole must be completed.
Open Pole: We aim to host a handful of Open Pole classes every month. This is your time to practice everything you have learned! Pole experience is required, as no new pole moves are taught.
Freestyle: Never miss a chance to dance! This class happens once a month and is a great class to help get out of your head and center yourself in the studio.
Off the Pole Classes
Looking for classes off the pole? We have plenty of those options as well:
Sexify: Sexify is a great addition to your weekly pole class. This class is off the pole and on the floor. You will learn new moves and sequences to use to add some flavor to your freestyle! This is a women only class.
Twerk: Build strength, endurance, and booty-liciousness with this class! A full body workout with an emphasis on isolating the hips and glutes for targeted movement.
FFM: Fluid Feminine Movement is a mat work class that focuses on a series of movements designed to strengthen the feminine form. It is recommended to have completed Static Level 3. This is a women only class.
Flexibility: Our Flexibility class is designed to build active flexibility in key positions like front splits, middle splits, and bridges. Beginner friendly with no pole experience needed.
